Job Description: 
We are on the lookout for a proactive and sales-driven Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our innovative team. The TAM will support our sales initiatives and guide our customers through their technical journey in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) throughout the sales lifecycle. The perfect candidate will have a robust background in ML and AI technologies, outstanding communication abilities, and a solid track record in technical sales and account management. 


  1. Sales Support & Enablement: Serve as the primary technical liaison for the sales team, providing ML and AI expertise and assistance throughout the sales process.
    • Aid in crafting and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to ML and AI solutions.
    • Understand customer needs to recommend suitable ML and AI technical solutions.
    • Engage with prospective customers to discern their business challenges and technical requisites.
  2. Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and promote the adoption of ML and AI solutions.
    • Offer guidance and support during the implementation and configuration of ML and AI services.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate customer understanding and proficiency in ML and AI.
  3. Account Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring customer relationships.
    • Consistently interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any technical issues or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in ML and AI.
    • Provide expert advice and thought leadership to customers and the sales team.
    • Contribute to the creation of best practices and technical documentation.
  5. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.
    • Ensure fluid communication between the customer and internal teams.
    • Relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to influence future product developments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical account management or pre-sales engineering role, with a focus on ML and AI.
  • Proven sales achievements and a track record of driving customer success.
  • Strong technical foundation with comprehensive knowledge of ML and AI services and architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex ML and AI concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-centric approach with an outstanding ability to forge and sustain relationships.
  • Autonomous worker with the capacity to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Acute problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
