Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Language Model Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Language Model Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing large language models (LLMs) to meet our organization's diverse needs. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customized language models tailored to specific use cases and applications.
• Research, design, and implement advanced techniques for training and fine-tuning large language models, focusing on performance optimization and scalability.
• Explore and experiment with emerging language model platforms and technologies, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and language model research and incorporate best practices into our language model development processes.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate language models into our products and services and ensure seamless deployment and operation.

  
 Required Skills and Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in computer science, linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with language model platforms and frameworks, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex language processing challenges.
• Experience with either Azure OpenAI or AWS bedrock.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
