Job Overview:
The Industry Solutions Leader at Intuitive is a senior leadership role responsible for championing the overall success of our customers. Drawing from Industry expertise in cloud technology, scaled agile processes, and program management, this role requires a dynamic leader adept at strategizing, mentoring teams, and influencing both internally and externally. The Industry Solutions Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners, ensuring top-tier delivery, exceptional communication, and building strong customer relationships. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our IT services offerings, with a focus on specific industry verticals. This individual will be responsible for understanding industry trends, client needs, and market demands to develop and implement tailored solutions that position Intuitive as a trusted partner in the digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
Strategic Leadership: 
  • Lead the development and execution of industry-specific strategies to drive business growth and market share. 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align solutions with overall company objectives and market demands. 
  • Coach, mentor, and guide teams to align project goals with customer business objectives. 
  • Promote agility, speed, and scale in project execution. 
 
Industry Expertise & Market Positioning: 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor at the CXO/VP level or equivalent. 
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud technologies, their value propositions, and associated best practices. 
  • Offer strategic insights on cloud technology practices and trends, influencing product and service developments at Intuitive. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within designated industry verticals. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and opportunities to proactively address their evolving needs. 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for industry-specific solutions, ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace. 
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to create compelling collateral and thought leadership content. 
Opportunity & Sales Collaboration: 
  • Partner with Sales Leaders and Pre-Sales Team from the lead identification stage through to the completion of the sales cycle, ensuring customer success principles are embedded from the start. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative IT solutions tailored to specific industries. 
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards and deliver measurable business value. 
  • Engage in initial customer meetings to understand business objectives, identify key stakeholders, and collaborate in shaping the proposed solutions. 
  • Initiate regular cadence calls and reviews with key stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed and aligned on the proposed solution, pricing, and success criteria. 
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to onboard the future Project Manager, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery. 
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews, while enabling PMO to continuously improve customer engagement processes. 
Communication: 
  • Offer exemplary written and verbal communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders. 
  • Lead and coach other managers in refining their communication approach and skills. 
  • Foster a cohesive team environment, addressing team dynamics and building relationships across all engagement levels. 
  • Showcase excellent people management skills, influencing outcomes even without direct authority. 
Customer Centricity: 
  • Take proactive measures to exceed customer expectations. 
  • Recognize and adapt to cultural nuances, ensuring optimal customer relationships. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients within the Industry. 
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 
  • 15+ years of technology-driven initiatives, with 10+ years of customer-facing roles. 
  • Experience in leading large-scale, technical, or engineering initiatives. 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed university 
  • AWS/GCP/Azure cloud certifications or experience implementing AWS/GCP/Azure services. 
  • Thorough grasp of software development/engineering lifecycle.
