Job Overview: In the rapidly evolving FinTech sector, our team is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into financial technology solutions. As a mid-level AI/ML Engineer within our dynamic department, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and GenAI applications tailored to the FinTech industry. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll translate intricate business needs into high-impact AI-driven solutions, contributing to the revolution of financial services through technology. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models to address key challenges in the FinTech sector, including but not limited to fraud detection, risk management, algorithmic trading, and personalized financial services.
• Conduct thorough data exploration and feature engineering to uncover insights from financial datasets, enhancing model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop and optimize deep learning models for complex tasks specific to FinTech, such as transaction anomaly detection, customer behavior prediction, and automated financial advice systems.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models into scalable FinTech platforms, emphasizing high performance and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and refine deployed models through rigorous testing and validation, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of financial applications.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and FinTech innovations, actively contributing to the team's knowledge base and technical capabilities.

  
Basic Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, with a proven track record in the FinTech or related financial services industries.
• Expertise in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, particularly Python.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data processing techniques.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of performing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team, coupled with a relentless drive for innovation and a commitment to staying at the cutting edge of technology in the FinTech space.
