Job Overview: As a FinTech AI/ML Delivery Leader, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML projects, from inception to implementation, in the financial technology domain. Your role will be critical in crafting innovative solutions to enhance various aspects of financial services, including but not limited to fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and algorithmic trading. Working closely with clients, practice leaders, and project teams, you will ensure timely and top-quality delivery of AI-driven results that meet the specific needs of our FinTech clientele. 
  
  
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of AI/ML initiatives to transform financial services, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to improve fraud detection systems, credit scoring models, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ascertain business requirements, outline project scopes, and devise AI/ML strategies that align with financial service objectives.
  • Perform sophisticated data analyses, and engineer features from large-scale financial datasets to extract patterns that signify fraud, risk, or other financial insights.
  • Design and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms that inform credit assessments, enhance trading algorithms, and streamline financial processes.
  • Assess model performance rigorously, applying stringent testing and validation practices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a leading edge in AI/ML advancements, financial regulations, and market trends, advising stakeholders on strategic directions and innovative practices.
  
Technical Leadership: 
  • Architect and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to AI/ML development in FinTech applications.
  • Offer technical expertise and mentorship to teams, ensuring adherence to best-in-class standards and practices.
  • Champion innovation by keeping current with emerging cloud technologies and integrating them into our solution offerings effectively.

  • Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Mentor and guide other managers in honing their communication skills and strategies.

Basic Qualifications: 
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a significant focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Over 8 years of practical experience in the development and application of machine learning models within real-world FinTech environments.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Comprehensive understanding of machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and data preprocessing methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud service platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at managing simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities, coupled with a zeal for continuous learning and keeping pace with tech innovations.
  • Preparedness to travel up to 25% of the time for client engagements and project requirements.
