Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled LLM Agent Developer to join an innovative AI initiative focused on scaling agent prototypes into production-ready deployments within the Azure ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in LLM-based agent development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure cloud services, particularly in multilingual or localization-driven use cases.
Project Context:
- Prototypes are already developed from the ideation phase.
- The team has identified multiple localization use cases for expansion.
- Immediate goal: Build and deploy MVP agents using internal/custom data in Azure.
- The broader team includes developers, interns, and students.
- Collaboration will involve working with team members from multiple departments and mentoring junior contributors.
- Develop and scale LLM-based conversational agents from prototype to production.
- Implement RAG pipelines using internal/custom data sources.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads within Azure Cloud (e.g., Azure AI Services, Blob Storage).
- Write and maintain glue code and integration logic, preferably in Python.
- Assist and mentor interns and student contributors as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth MVP delivery.
- Proven experience in LLM-based agent development and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design.
- Deep expertise in Azure Cloud services, including Azure AI, Blob Storage, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with deploying and scaling AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with multilingual NLP or localization-related AI use cases.
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
- Exposure to understanding data pipeline development
- Data engineering background for scaling ingestion pipelines
- Experience with model evaluation and responsible AI practices.
