Job Summary
  
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive and support our customers’ cloud transformation journeys, with a strong emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migrations. This role will focus on planning, managing, and executing large-scale cloud deployments while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, excellent customer management skills, and a strong foundation in Agile methodologies.
  
  
Primary Responsibilities
  

  • Cloud Strategy & Execution: Define, socialize, and execute Intuitive’s Digital Transformation, GCP Migration, and Data Platform strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Project Planning & Oversight: Create and manage detailed technical project plans aligned with SOWs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • GCP Cloud Migration Leadership: Lead end-to-end GCP migration projects including assessment, planning, migration execution, optimization, and support.
  • Technical Delivery Management: Oversee cloud, infrastructure, application development, and virtualization projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Contract & SOW Management: Support SOW development and lead contract renewal efforts for existing clients.
  • Agile Coaching & Team Leadership: Teach, mentor, and coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership.
  • Escalation Management: Own and resolve technical project escalations, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and customer satisfaction metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery methodologies tailored to team skillsets and project needs.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Assess project scope, budget human and financial resources, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  
Technical Skills Required
  • Cloud Platforms: Proven experience leading complex GCP migration projects, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • GCP Services Expertise: Deep understanding of GCP services (Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Cloud Architecture: Ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud architectures.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
  • Networking & Security: Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, and security best practices.
  • Project Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
  
  
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, PMP, Scrum Master) strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with GCP-native tools for data analytics, machine learning, and cloud operations.
  • Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Background in IT consulting or professional services delivery.
